\nShe is the only performer in history to simultaneously occupy the top three spots on the UK classical album rankings.
\nShe has now sold more than 8 million records worldwide, and Classic FM recognised her as the best-selling UK classical artist of the previous 25 years in 2017. Katherine continues to make waves and has performed for royalty and heads of state all over the world, including by invitation at Windsor Castle for the official celebrations for HM the Queen’s 90th birthday in 2016. She has sold-out theatre and arena tours in the UK and has won numerous awards. Aside from her captivating musical success, Katherine has made appearances on US television as a contestant on “Dancing with the Stars” and on UK television as a presenter on “Songs of Praise” as a guest star in the BBC’s Doctor Who Christmas Special.
\nOn behalf of HM The Queen, the Cabinet Office presented her with The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her contributions to music and charity, particularly her work with the British Armed Forces.
\nIn 2017, Katherine made a number of debuts, including her highly successful entry into musical theatre, in which she costarred with Alfie Boe in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Carousel” at the London Coliseum, just before making her festival debut as a Very Special Guest at Latitude Festival. During her most recent UK tour, “Christmas with Katherine Jenkins,” in December 2017, she gave performances in theatres across the country, including at The Royal Albert Hall. \u00c2
